LEED for Existing Buildings Certification

CTG is providing LEED EB O&M certification services for a portfolio of buildings owned by Symantec and operated by Cushman and Wakefield. CTG is assisting with training staff on implementing and documenting best practices. Among the facilities included in CTG’s engagement with Symantec are buildings located in Dublin, Ireland and Greenpark in southern Reading, Berkshire, UK.

The Greenpark facility consists of three office buildings, and the Dublin building comprises a large one-story section and a three-story tower. Greenpark is in progress for LEED EB O&M certification, and the Dublin building received LEED EB O&M Gold certification in January, 2010. The certification is the first LEED certification for Symantec outside of the United States.
