Foster + Partners is the Design Architect for this tower planned for the Business Bay Plot 18, with Fore Solutions as the LEED Consultant. It comprises twin multi-faceted office towers over a retail / carpark podium. The building comprises approximately 60,000 m2 / 645,835 sq.ft. GIA of high quality office space to a Category “A” core and shell fit out, including 9,300 m2 / 100,000 sq.ft. of retail at ground and first floor level. There will be 6 levels of parking with 4 levels below ground and 2 above. The towers are anticipated to be 35 to 40 stories in height, with exposed outside terraces and open “Oyster” zones interspersed through the building.
